05A06 class dinner at Al-azhar
Charmaine, Andrea, Esther, Lala, Shuan, Derek & Lydia Simon
so that makes 8 of us altogether
it's weird w/o LeAnn around
Mr Goh stayed for awhile & left for a wedding dinner
prata was super uber fantastic!! ;d
it's not those cheapskate cheesedale slice which doesnt even fill up the entire prata, in short, not exactly satisfying for cheese-lovers!
but theirs, mozzarella cheeseeee!! ;d
we went to Island Cremery at Serene Centre
more catching-ups to do
had Cookies-n-Cream ice-cream & it's superbly niceee!!
their cookies are in chunks! hearts! ;d
& from what i've gathered from our catching up session, it seems that most of our classmate really changed alot.
some for the better, some...not so.
the only change i've been through is perhaps the amount of weight i gained - flabby arms & legs.
tell-tale signs of me not exercising. i am soooo lazyy!
gah.

my last day at GraceField. it has been a delight getting to interact with 'em darlings. mak!
i am so going to miss my toddlers.
almost cried then & there when the new chinese teacher said this to Dalon & Lilia: "say bye-bye to teacher...today last day she playing with you all already..." (in chinese)
Dalon was having much fun on the mini slide.
his ecstatic little smile, his little green crocs shoes that kept coming off.
i'll miss pulling up his little socks for him.
i'll miss holding on & hugging him till he goes to sleep.
i'll miss watching out for him as he climbs onto the chair, holding on to the empty side protectively.
don't fall
...
LiLia's doll is a must during nap time.
the way she looked at me with those bright little eyes everytime i tried to hid her doll behind my back
she's a marvellous speaker & knows as many words as the 3years, or perhaps even the 4years old
not forgetting her outstanding table manners
...
Natalie, my little chirpy dancer.
she seems to know that it's my last day, as she waved bye-bye to me today when she went home.
will miss her cute dance moves.
will miss her canto accent & the happy smile on her face whenever there's food around for her
...
Clara, my little cry-baby who's always holding on to my hand, & sitting on my laps till my legs were numb
i'm glad she grew out of her insecurity now.
i'll miss holding her milk bottle on one hand, & cuddling her in the other
i'll miss tying her two ponytails for her
i'll miss braiding her hair
she smiled for me, & cried when i'm not around
...
i'll miss them all.
but okay, shant go on, lest i start crying again.
they were my first class, & treat like my very own kids/little brothers&sisters. they paint a smile on my face no matter how lousy i feel in the early mornings.
i'll miss all of them at GraceField.
JoshuaNai, my little pingu!
Xiang & the rest of those N1s guys, who were always pretending their plastic lego blocks are guns & went "bang bang!" at me, & i'll "bang!" & tickle them at the same time.
they love being tickled
...
N2s, 4yrs old.
enjoyed talking to them, or rather, listening to their little stories.
it's cute how they all start talking together at the same time, & you cant really listen to just one kid.
those 4 days of teaching them were a real treat for me.
they're really bright & a cheerful lot.
excpet bath-time
it's more like they were giving me my bath, splashing water back at me & blowing soap bubbles
sometimes i get the feeling they don't treat me as a teacher that they should be scared of
...
moving on to my K1s, they're a noisy lot.
always having trouble trying to get them to sleep during nap time.
Owen, Darren, QiaoGen & Bryan especially; always talking & talking, & had to walk between them, threatening them with 'no computer games!'
but we shared alot together. the girls, always sneaking up on me from behind & pounce on me or hugging me from behind.
we all had a memorable time doing the last project together.
we had fun joking about Owen's peanut-shaped cardboard slipper.
they laughed about it for days.
i had lots of fun with them.
my last day, Owen was talking to me instead of napping, asking me questions..
& then Leroy joined in..
till the chinese teacher came in
...
last but not least, my K2s.
our fruit salad was a hearty meal.
glad they all learned to love fruits as much as me.
i'll miss their laughter
& their company while i was having my lunch.
we shared stories & jokes.
they love the 'Mickey Mouse, Doraemon & Hello Kitty' jokes, & others that we shared.
always loving them as my own. mak! hearts!
